This special exhibit highlights the evolution of firefighting in Crook County\, showcasing the dedication and bravery of the men and women who have protected the community for over a century. \nVisitors will explore the early days of fire response in Central Oregon\, from bucket brigades to modern fire engines\, and discover the challenges\, advancements\, and heroic stories that have shaped local fire and rescue services. The exhibit features historic photographs\, firefighting equipment\, personal stories from local firefighters\, and displays that bring the history of Crook County Fire & Rescue to life.
